To develop distributors' channel strategy and implement sales plan.
Bring new distributors on board and maintain professional relationships with all accounts.
Work closely with assigned accounts to formulate sales plan.
At least 5 years of experience specializing in technical Sales and Distributor management
Experiences in Shipbuilding, Heavy Industry or Automotive preferred
Experiences in metal fasteners and hardware preferred
